I’ve been on both sides of this work.
Therapy changed my life—and I bring that depth and compassion into every session.
I work with people who’ve carried pain on their own for far too long: those living with complex trauma, PTSD, chronic shame, anxiety, or the deep loneliness of not feeling understood.
I use approaches like EMDR, parts work, AEDP, and Animal-Assisted Therapy to help people reconnect with themselves and their bodies.
